The Elevate90 Challenge – Think 75 Hard on STEROIDS!

Introducing the Elevate90 Challenge!

The Elevate90 Challenge is a new and unique version of the popular 75 Hard Challenge designed to take your personal development to new heights.

This challenge is an intense, 90-day program that focuses on physical fitness, mental resilience, personal growth, and community engagement. Get ready to push yourself and elevate every aspect of your life!

Here are the key components of the Elevate90 Challenge:

Physical Fitness:

    • Exercise twice a day for a total of 90 minutes.
    • Complete a weights based training session and hit at least one personal best every time (this can be increase max weight, overall volume lifted, heaviest 5 reps, 10 reps, increase in reps or an increase in time).
    • In addition to this session, you must include 50 push ups, 50 sit ups, and 50 bodyweight squats.
    • Incorporate outdoor cardio to ensure that you hit 12k steps daily.
    • The first 30 days require you to be in a calorie deficit with ZERO cheat meals. Days 31 to 90 are to be set at maintenance levels and again, no cheat meals.

Mental Resilience:

    • Practice daily meditation or mindfulness exercises for at least 15 minutes in before you go to sleep.
    • Read or listen to personal development books or audiobooks for a minimum of 30 minutes.
    • No masturbation or pornography at all.
    • No alcohol/drugs.
    • Daily journal your goals to foster self-awareness every morning.
    • Write down 3 things you are grateful for every morning.
    • Review your goals and progress before you end your day.
    • No food 3 hours before you sleep, no work 2 hours before you seep, no screens 1 hour before you sleep.
    • Wake up at the same time every day (between 5am and 7am – you choose)
    • Go to sleep at the same time every night (between 9pm and 11pm – you decide)

Personal Growth:

    • Set and work towards specific, measurable goals in various areas of your life (e.g. career, relationships, hobbies, etc.).
    • Select ONE new skill that stretches your capabilities, this can be in any area of your life
    • Engage in self-reflection and review your progress to identify areas for personal improvement every Sunday evening

Community Engagement:

    • Start a conversation with at least ONE new person every single day – provide value to them with no intention to gain anything from them
    • Share a win for the day on social media every single day

No Exceptions:

      • Commit to completing all the challenge requirements every single day for 90 consecutive days.
      • No cheat days or exceptions are allowed. The challenge demands discipline and unwavering commitment.
      • Embrace discomfort, push through obstacles, and develop a resilient mindset to overcome challenges.

Daily Schedule Example

  • 5:30am – Wake up, drink glass of cold water or cold shower
  • 6am – Goal Setting/ Journaling/ Gratitudes
  • 6:45am – Exercise Weights Routine
  • 8am – Breakfast
  • 12pm – Lunch
  • 6pm – 50 Sit ups, 50 Squats, 50 Press Ups and 15 Minute Walk/Jog/ Cardio
  • 7pm – Dinner
  • 8pm – Post win on social media and Work on new skill
  • 8:30pm – Goals Reflection (On Sunday do this for the entire previous week)
  • 9:45 – Read/Audiobook
  • 10:15 pm – Meditation
  • 10:30pm – Go to Sleep
